Artistry Picnics is a luxurious, exclusive way to picnic hassle-free. We provide curated picnics in private homes/backyards, public parks, wineries, and private or local venues to help our clients celebrate life’s moments with those closest to them.

Each customized luxury picnic package includes everything you need for an impressive memorable event. We also offer a full menu of enhancements to elevate your experience.

We can set up in most public parks, local venues, and even your backyard or indoors. You arrange for the location for your unforgettable dining experience, and we design a luxury setting.

Selecting a Location:

You are responsible for selecting the location and getting permission to set up if it isn’t at a public park. If the picnic is set up inside, please provide the dimensions and a photo of the set up space ahead of time. If hosting in a hotel room, we strongly encourage that you do a site visit to ensure there is enough space. If you choose a local park or beach we can not guarantee set up in a particular location. We will attempt to select a location that is easily accessible.

We have a very large number of items that are involved with each setup, and if there are flights of stairs involved, sand/dunes, or hikes we will not be able to accommodate you and/or there will be an extra fee that will either be charged before your party or taken out of your deposit after. The fee will vary depending on whats involved/how involved the set up is.

There is an up-charge for setup destinations that are more than 30 minutes outside of our base location, Concord, NC starting at +$50.
