Can I have my picnic in any city of North Carolina?
We are currently only hosting picnics in North Carolina in our pre-selected cities which can be found below.

How long do I get my picnic?
Your picnic is reserved for two hours. We will charge $50 per hour beyond this time frame. If you would like to leave before your two hours is up, we are unable to provide refund for the unused time. Please contact your picnic coordinator. This ensures our items are not left unattended.
Can I customize my picnic?
Our selection of add-ons allows you to create a more customized picnic experience. With everything from fresh florals and ballon garlands to extra seating and decor, these additions are sure to add to the ambiance for your special event.
What’s the cancellation policy?
We require a 50% non-refundable booking deposit to secure your date at the time of booking. We also require a $75 refundable damage deposit. You have up to 72 hours before your event to cancel for a refund minus your booking deposit. If you cancel after that time only your damage deposit will be eligible for refund, but we will work with you to reschedule your date and time, based on availability.
Oops! What if I damage something?
Everything we bring/set up for your party must be returned in gently used condition. If any item is either missing or damaged, the replacement cost for the item(s) will be deducted from your damage deposit refund.
What if it rains or high heat On my date?
If the weather forecast predicts rain or high heat, you can contact us to reschedule or change the destination to an indoor location. We do strongly advise to check weather forecast in advance and plan a backup indoor location. Since weather is unpredictable, we do not offer refunds due to high heat or inclement weather.
What if I need assistance?
We’re here to help! Your coordinator will be on-site the day of your picnic during setup to resolve any issues right away. Please note that weather, crowds, and parking are outside our control.
Is Alcohol allowed?
Artistry Picnics does not provide any alcoholic beverages. Most beaches and parks prohibit alcohol. Artistry Picnics is not liable or responsible for any alcohol consumption by clients or their guests or any penances incurred as a result.
Do you offer cleanup?
We do not offer additional clean up beyond the collection of our rented items and decor.
What if I am Running late?
Clients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the luxury picnic. This allows Artistry Picnics to greet you. If you show up later than the start of your reservation, your reservation time will not be able to be extended. Late fees will apply: 15-30 minutes late – $20. If client is more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your picnic without refund.
Are pets allowed
Sorry, we do not allow pets! Pet hair can be extremely difficult to remove from our decor. If it is determined that there was a pet at your luxury picnic, a pet cleaning fee of $75 will be charged .

We can set up in most local venues, and even your backyard or indoors. You arrange for the location for your unforgettable dining experience, and we design a luxury setting.
There is an up-charge for setup destinations that are more than 20 minutes outside of our location, Concord, NC starting at +$50.
There is an additional charge for setups at beaches. There may be an additional charge for lake setup locations that are difficult to reach; this includes long distances from parking to your setup location.
